Built in the end of the 19th century, Regaleira is formed by a Palace, a Chapel and gardens with grottos, wells and subterranean areas. In the palace, as well as in the remaining areas symbolism and mythology is to be found, which makes Regaleira one of the most esoteric mansions in Portugal.
